1 cylinder tube
The inner diameter of the cylinder represents the output force of the cylinder. For steel cylinder, the inner surface should also be hardened chrome to reduce friction resistance and wear and prevent rust. 2 end cover
The end cover is provided with an intake and exhaust port, and some of which are provided with a buffer mechanism in the end cover. The sealing ring and dustproof ring are arranged on the side cover of the rod to prevent air leakage from the piston rod and prevent the external dust from mixing into the cylinder. A guide sleeve is provided on the side end cap of the rod to improve the guiding precision of the cylinder, bear a small amount of lateral load on the piston rod, reduce the downward bending amount of the piston rod and prolong the service life of the cylinder.
3 piston
The piston is the pressure part in the cylinder. A piston seal ring is arranged to prevent the two left and right sides of the piston from crossing each other. The wear-resisting ring on the piston can improve the guiding property of the cylinder, reduce the abrasion of the piston sealing ring, and reduce the friction resistance. The wear-resistant ring is made of polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, synthetic resin and other materials. The width of the piston is determined by the size of the sealing ring and the length of the necessary sliding part.
4 piston rod
The piston rod is the most important part of the cylinder in the cylinder. Usually, high carbon steel is used, the surface is hardened chrome plated or stainless steel is used to prevent corrosion and improve the wear resistance of the sealing ring.
5 seal ring
The component seal at the rotary or reciprocating motion is called dynamic seal, and the seal of the rest part is called static seal.
