(1) the filtration efficiency of air filters is reduced. The function of air filter is to filter dust and particles in the air. The filtering effect of air filter is an important factor to determine the service life of cylinder liner. If the air filter is not cleaned or replaced in time to ensure its filtering efficiency, it will lead to serious wear and tear.
(2)Oil filter has poor filtration efficiency. Because the engine oil is not clean, contains a large number of hard particles, will make the cylinder liner wall from top to bottom to produce particle wear.
(3)Oil quality is poor. If the sulfur content of engine oil is too high, the first piston ring will cause strong corrosion at the top dead point, resulting in corrosive wear, its wear rate than normal increased by one or two times, corrosion wear peeling particles, easy to lead to serious abrasive wear in the middle of the cylinder liner.
(4)The cooling water temperature is low. The normal water temperature can not be maintained in use, or the thermostat can be blindly removed when it is cold or hot, resulting in the water temperature can not be maintained within the normal range, will accelerate the wear of cylinder liner.
(5)Often overload and overspeed automobiles, due to the long running time of heavy load, diesel engine overheating is also easy to make lubrication performance deterioration and aggravate wear.
