2.The warranty time is calculated according to the product shipment. One year warranty. All accessories are provided free of charge within one year.
3.Charging the appropriate fees of accessories after expiration of warranty period. Lifetime service is provided.
4.We bear the all responsibilities when there are quality issues, including the replacement costs.
5.If there are products malfunction where clients couldn’t solve themselves, we would send technicians abroad repairing in the fastest time. (Or Clients looking for the local maintenance worker to repair with our agreement. We bear the maintenance costs during the warranty time.)

A. Technology
1.Production Process
Beginning with body paper, corrugated board is made through the process of high temperature, high pressure, roll compacting and gluing. After that, make it into the required cardboard sheet through the process of drying, grooving, slitting and trimming. Then by means of printing, slotting, die cutting, stapling or sticking box, make it into the required finished product of carton box.
2.Finished Product
The Carton box is made from corrugated board. The type of paperboard is divided into double wall (single sided single corrugated), triple wall (two-sided single corrugated), quintuple wall (two-sided two corrugated cored paper), septuple wall (two-sided three corrugated two cores paper) and so on.
3.Machine
The machine is manufactured by Shanghai Qisheng Packing Machinery Factory. We will supply the most advanced high quality corrugated paper board production line and print fluting machine.
B. Consumable Requirement
1. Body Paper: Kraft paper, corrugated paper, core paper and so on.
2. Adhesive: Starch, sodium borate, caustic soda, additive and so on.
3. Printing Material: water-based ink
4. Tape yarn: 16#,17# , 18#
5. Others: Resin plate, slab rubber, rubber belt, packing belt and so on.
